Family Tehillim Bot Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Family Tehillim Bot, a non-commercial family Google Chat application used to coordinate the recitation of Tehillim (Psalms). It is separate from Prima Supply's ecommerce operations.
1. Google user data the application accesses
When you interact with Family Tehillim Bot through Google Chat, Google may provide the application with information needed to identify the user and process the interaction. Depending on the interaction and permissions available, this can include your Google Chat user identifier, basic account/profile information such as display name, and the messages, commands, button actions, or other content that you intentionally send to the bot.
The application does not seek access to unrelated Google account content for purposes outside the Family Tehillim Bot features described here.
2. Other information you provide or the bot records
The bot may store information needed to operate its Tehillim coordination features, including:
- Google Chat user identifier and display name;
- family membership or member record used by the bot;
- preferred interface language;
- Kapitel (Tehillim chapter) assignments, availability, completion status, cycle information, and relevant dates/times;
- shared Family Tehillim Names voluntarily entered for the family group;
- private Personal Tehillim Names voluntarily entered by an individual member; and
- limited operational information necessary to maintain the bot and troubleshoot errors.
3. How Google user data is used
Google user data is used only to provide and maintain user-facing Family Tehillim Bot functionality. Specifically, it is used to recognize the member interacting with the bot; associate assignments, progress, language, and private names with the correct member; respond to messages and button actions; coordinate shared Tehillim progress; prevent conflicting or duplicate assignments; and support requested name-management features.
4. How information is stored and protected
Operational information may be stored using Google services controlled by the bot administrator, including Google Sheets and Google Apps Script resources. Access to administrative resources is limited to the administrator and authorized persons who need access to operate or troubleshoot the family bot. Reasonable account and platform security controls are used to protect those resources.
5. Shared information and private information
Shared Family Tehillim Names: Names intentionally added as Family Names may be displayed to approved family members using the bot.
Private Personal Tehillim Names: Personal Names are associated with the member who added them and are intended to be displayed only to that member as part of their Tehillim experience.
Family progress: Assignment and completion information may be reflected in family progress/status features where necessary to coordinate the shared Tehillim cycle.
6. Sharing, transfers, advertising, and sale of data
Family Tehillim Bot does not sell Google user data or personal information. It does not transfer Google user data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers, and it does not use Google user data for personalized advertising, retargeting, credit-worthiness, lending, or unrelated commercial profiling.
Information may be processed by Google services that are technically necessary to run the application, or disclosed when required by applicable law or for legitimate security and abuse-prevention purposes.
7. Google API Services User Data Policy / Limited Use
Family Tehillim Bot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve the prominent user-facing features of Family Tehillim Bot described in this policy and on the application's home page.
8. Data retention
Information is retained for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the family's Tehillim coordination, preserve current or historical Tehillim cycle records, maintain member preferences, or meet legitimate security or legal requirements. Data that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized. A member may request deletion of information associated with them as described below.
9. Your choices, access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with you, including removal of private Personal Tehillim Names or removal from the family bot. Send the request to info@prima-supply.us. Requests will be handled after reasonable verification that the requester is the affected user.
10. Children and family use
The bot is intended as a family coordination tool. Family members should not enter another person's sensitive or private information unless they are authorized to do so. Parents or guardians may contact the administrator regarding information entered for a minor.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if the application's data practices materially change. The current version will remain publicly available at this URL, and the effective date above will be updated when appropriate.
